Cancellations

Austrian hotel terms and conditions apply. This means that room cancellations are only valid in written form. A free cancellation is possible up to 3 months prior to arrival. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, 40% of the total price must be paid. From 1 month until 1 week prior to arrival, 70% of the total price must be paid. In case of a cancellation within the last week prior to arrival, 90% of the total price must be paid. If the guest departs earlier than booked or if the guest arrives later than booked, the agreed price must be paid. No refund is paid in case of a cancellation that is not in time. We can arrange a travel cancellation insurance.
