After a hot sauna session indulge yourself with an invigorating Kneipp bath or refresh in the multi-sensory shower. Finally we recommend quiet time in the relaxation room, which is furnished with heated stream rocks from the Wilde Kaiser Mountains, or in the fragrant hay bed. Here you breathe in the scent of a range of herbs and grasses that were already being used as remedies centuries ago, and are carefully cut and prepared by our friend Christian and organic farmers.
